Injured, in pain? Let us help.

Posted on March 23rd, 2015

I am often told by the people who come through my door that they have been suffering from injury or pain for a some time before they make an appointment to come and see me or one of the team in our various clinics. They have often told me that they feel like it is “just the norm” or that “there is probably nothing anyone can do”. This is often far from the case. Our team is one of the largest in the UK and we have a wide variety of practitioners with a huge amount of experience and specialities amongst them. In addition to that, because of our work in elite sport we work closely with some of the best orthopaedic and spinal surgical and medical teams in the country.

Sometimes injuries may occur at the weekends and people are reluctant to call, thinking that we might be closed or no one is in at the weekends. In actual fact we are open over the weekends. As an addition to this we also have an emergency, out of hours number, that can be called at any time and we will endeavour to have you seen asap.

Our emergency out of hours number is: 07736 197 999

In addition to this, we have created this infographic that you can download to help guide you managing an acute injury in the short term. This is not designed to replace opinion or intervention by a medical professional but should help to manage some symptoms in the short term.

If you require more information or would like to book an appointment at one of our clinics please call 0161 832 9000 or contact us via email
