Roope Tonteri overcomes injury to make it into the Finnish Winter Olympics teamPosted on January 22nd, 2014
After 2 weeks of extensive treatment at Harris & Ross, Gold medal favourite, Roope Tonteri has been picked for the Finish Winter Olympics team.
A freestyle snowboarder had a double break to his arm and it was touch and go as to whether he’d be able to compete, which is when he got sent to England and our clinics in Manchester and Wilmslow.
The double world champion had the hopes of Finland resting on his shoulders, so it’s fantastic news that the “Honey Badger” has managed to get back to full fitness in time to hit the slopes in Sochi.
With Bex Wilson and Roope representing Team Harris & Ross in Sochi, it’s going to be an exciting games.
