At Harris & Ross we believe the more information you have about your injury, the better equipped will be to manage it with us.

There is a huge amount of information on the internet but some of it can be misleading, this page is therefore devoted to giving you the most up to date information to help you manage your condition.

We will endeavour to put up your post-op protocol for your reference as well as some of the early exercises we recommend. Information will be organised per body area, focusing on common injuries and how best to manage them.

It will include exercise programs, flexibility sessions, information and guidelines about self-treatment including how to manage an injury immediately before you phone our emergency telephone number.
