Chris Tomkinson Personal Training
Chris is based at Total Fitness in Wilmslow and has worked with elite athletes and Premier League footballers throughout his career. A graduate with 1st Class Honours in Sports Rehabilitation, his practice treats everyone from office workers to professional sports people. We’ve worked alongside him for more than 5 years and he’s recently set up a specialist training course with our podiatrist Josh Cheng to help 10km runners.

Daniel Bowman - Acceler8 Personal Training
Daniel is a personal trainer who also works out of Total Fitness in Wilmslow. He’s been here for more than a decade. After his sports science degree, he started out as an instructor before gaining more experience and qualifications to do personal training.
Acceler8 has just kept on growing with a client list sporting international athletes, exercise lovers and the more sedentary ones. Over the years he has helped hundreds of people lose weight, get in shape and improve their health, resulting in those with lifestyle related health issues to reduce and even eliminate their medication. As a sprinter Daniel knows the importance of correct training and injury prevention. He believes, like us, that the main goal is not to treat the injury, but to stop it happening in the first place.

Ric Moylan - Fighting4Fitness
Ric is the head trainer at Fighting4Fitness, a company which has as many celebrity clients as “normal” ones! He’s the head strength, conditioning and nutrition coach at Ricky Hatton Promotions, where he works with all the Hatton fighters. Frank Warren turned to Ric when former World Amateur Champion boxer, Frankie Gavin failed to make the weight for his professional debut - after he famously failed to do the same in the Beijing Olympics.
With that pedigree it’s no wonder that business people, actors, musicians, professional sports people, well pretty much everyone wants to see Ric.
His Fighting4Fitness team includes specialists in injury rehab, pre and post natal, weight loss, sports performance, aqua fitness and nutrition.
He lectures at North West universities on fitness testing, personal training and sports science.
Ric and his team are based in Manchester and all surrounding areas.
