Last weekend saw the Indoor British Athletics Championships in Birmingham, with some great performances being delivered from GB athletes. We had the pleasure of giving some last minute treatment and support to Team GB high jumper- Emily Borthwick- in preparation for her part in the high jump competition. It was great to see Emily put in a fantastic round of jumping, and achieve a bronze medal with her jump of 1.8m.
Emily said to our clinic director Jeff Ross, who treats her, ‘I came 3rd in the Championships and jumped my second highest this year indoors. Thanks for saving me this week! Having a mid season break now so will get booked in soon before the next round of training starts!’
A big well done to Emily from all the team at Harris & Ross for achieving such a great result, especially having had to overcome injury to do so. We look forward to watching Emily’s season progress and supporting her throughout the journey.
