Francis Wheeler

We are delighted to welcome Francis Wheeler as Senior Physiotherapist in our Wilmslow clinic.

Francis has a wealth of experience, having worked for more than 8 years in private clinics in New Zealand, after graduating in Physiotherapy back in 2016.

Francis opted for a career in Physiotherapy because he loves working with people and helping them get back to doing what they love. He has a passion for holistic care and getting people active. Helping kids and adolescents with managing their performance and recovery, getting older adults engaged in exercise and meaningful activity, and helping musicians manage their physical health and mental wellbeing.

Francis and his wife made the move to the UK looking for a change in lifestyle, and the chance to travel more easily to the rest of Europe on his breaks from work.

Outside of work, he loves music, training at the gym, playing hockey, hiking and running trails. He also has a background in film and TV before becoming a physio and now uses that experience to record music, music videos and band performances!

Francis is currently only available for sports massage while he waits for his UK certification to arrive (which we expect to be soon).
