Harris & Ross are an expanding company and we are currently looking for an outstanding Receptionist / Administrator to join the team based at our city centre clinic. Working as part of a small administration team, this is a desk-based job as the reception and phone lines need to be manned at all times.
Shifts will be between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday. Starting Salary £15k p.a
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for great service. You’ll need to have the ability to engage with people in a genuine and welcoming way.
Daily duties include:
Meeting & greeting patients and visitors, checking them into the company diary system
Taking calls on a busy appointment line
Booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments
Processing and recording payments
Scanning, filing and archiving of correspondence
Produce and send letters on behalf of the practitioners/ directors
Keep the reception and waiting area tidy
Provide support to the Administration team when required

Friendly and polite
Superb IT Skills – experience with Microsoft Office packages
