Athletic Pilates UK is Pilates in its purest form, and we are delighted that Susie, the creator and Practitioner of Athletics Pilates UK is now teaching classes here at Harris & Ross Wilmslow. Having searched long and hard for the best Pilates around, Jeff and Suzy Ross have finally found the ultimate class; which is centred around preservation and restoration of perfect posture. The classes are challenging mentally and physically but bring excellent results, time after time. Susie is getting fantastic results from all people, even when they are severely compromised due to illness or injury. She trained in Australia on the Gold Coast with Studio Pilates International.
