Team H&R has joined up with Team GB once more on an international endurance training camp.
With the countdown on to the World Athletics Championships in Moscow this August, altitude training is a critical part of the preparation.
This month, Jenny Meadows and Michael Rimmer have been working hard on their fitness alongside UK Athletics at the Fort Romeu camp in the Pyrenees.
These include massage therapist, Becky Ellis, who is part of the Harris & Ross team in Wilmslow and our newest recruit, Cat Riley [next to Michael].
On her return, Cat will be joining our physiotherapy team, working full-time out of our Wilmslow clinic.
Cat has spent 3 years in the UK Athletics endurance programme, providing physiotherapy for the Team GB track and field athletes ahead of competitions including London 2012. A former 800m runner, she has a keen interest and insight into rehabilitation at both elite and recreational levels.
You can book in with both Becky and Cat through our Contact Us page.
