Sam, 27, contacted us with great news following his treatment with John Gripper at our Wilmslow clinic…..
“I was referred to Harris and Ross with limited pain free movement in my right shoulder. Starting my rehab during peak lockdown restrictions meant I was uncertain what to expect. However the company and facilities were excellent, with safety as a priority.
John Gripper took up my case, starting by assessing my injury. We worked together each week building a rehab programme which I felt comfortable with and treating my shoulder. Week by week we saw gradual improvements, setting a goal of starting the cricket season with full movement and little or ideally no pain. John gradually altered my plan, introducing new movements as my strength increased and if there was any uncertainty I could refer to the app or contact John directly for further clarity.
In total, I had 14 sessions with John and he was brilliant!
